One of the main reasons of civil wars and instabilities is Afghanistan's rugged geography. The country is full rugged and mountainous. During the history people from different regions were all in their own corners and lack of communications is one the common issues in the country. For example people from Nuristan valleys do not know what is happening in the south and vice versa.
